What states do you cover?

We cover all 50 states as well as Guam and Puerto Rico.

Can I get a national criminal record check?

Yes, keeping in mind the national check is a privately maintained aggregate database that may not contain criminal records from every state. Checking individual states or counties is much more accurate and will get you the latest information available.

How much does it cost?

VPS offers the most competitive pricing. All prices are volume based, so please contact your sales representative for a price list.

What is the contract period?

We do not obligate you to stay with us once you sign your contract. We believe the best products and services are what keep our customers coming back.

Do you provide credit checks?

Yes. The credit bureaus require on-site inspections which can be set up through our company and only take a day or two to complete.

How often are we invoiced?

We send out invoices once a month and accept both check and credit card payments.

Are there laws that govern how this information is used?

Yes. Employers must adhere to The Fair Credit Reporting Act.
