VPS - AOC Changes in March 2011

Pursuant to the notices that you received on January 27 and February 25, 2011, the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts is terminating access to the ACIS daily criminal extract on Thursday, March 10, 2011. Your old data extract licensing agreement will also terminate on the same date. The daily extract dated March 9, 2011, is the final download that will be available for the ACIS criminal extract. You will need to download that extract before noon on Thursday, March 10. At that time, your access to the ACIS criminal extract will end.

Those who have signed a licensing agreement for the ACIS demographic extract may download those daily extracts as usual. If, during this transition period, you have not been downloading the daily demographic extracts on a regular basis, please remember that a mandatory refresh of the ACIS historical demographic extract was made available on January 3, 2011. Also, the demographic extract licensing agreement requires that all daily demographic extracts be downloaded “within 24 hours of the updated extract file’s availability on the NCAOC’s extract server.”
